Job Summary
We are seeking young, talented and motivated graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme. The successful candidates will undergo structured training and gain practical experience across various business functions while developing the skills and competencies required to contribute effectively to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in assigned training sessions and departmental activities.
• Support daily operational activities and projects within assigned departments.
• Conduct research, analyse information and prepare reports when required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to new responsibilities.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
• Participate in periodic performance reviews and assessments.

Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or HND Upper Credit.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Must have graduated in 2024 or later.
- Must not be more than 27 years old at the time of application.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Programme Structure
The programme will run for six (6) months, during which trainees will receive practical exposure, structured learning and periodic performance assessments to evaluate their development and suitability for future opportunities within the organisation.
